We secure a $500 deposit to pull the vehicle off the market.

If you are using our financing resources we will take your application and secure funding.

We next day air all paperwork, with instructions, along with a postage paid return envelope.

Upon our receipt of signed documentation we arranged for vehicle transport.
- If we arranged financing the transport is booked following funding to Modern by lender.
- Based on your preference and budget, transport can be open air or fully enclosed.

When your vehicle arrives you will perform an inspection with transport to verify no damage occurred in transit.
FAQ
For customers outside of MO, KS, AR and OK who allow us to arrange financing we collect for Tax, Title and License and perfect the lien. All Modern Motorcars vehicles are sold with a Missouri state inspection, however, once you have possession of the vehicle you should perform any inspections mandated by your state.
The address where the vehicle will be garaged determines your tax rate.
Upon receipt of a $500 deposit we overnight all documentation for signature which must be done in presence of a notary. We include the necessary return envelope to simplify the return of the documents. Upon receipt of documents and the payment in full, we proceed with shipping as agreed upon.
The vehicle undergoes a thorough inspection by the brokered currier prior to them accepting it on the transport. Once on the transport any damage incurred in transit is the liability of the currier. We do broker with reputable, bonded and insured curriers to avoid this scenario and have only seen this on very limited occasions.
Our service programs are honored nationwide at any ASE Certified repair facility. We highly recommend a service program to bring the peace of mind and offset any unforeseen repair expenses. We offer agreements that are cancellable at any time and range in term from as little as 6 months up to 8 years.
? If you do not wish to come collect the vehicle we can ship it to the destination of your choosing. Cost varies based upon the final destination and type of currier chosen (Open or Enclosed transport). You can roughly estimate $1.00 - $1.50 per mile.
